MedScribe is a working pre-pilot beta for bilingual hospitalist documentation. Its current evaluation uses synthetic, fully fictional cases. The system produces structured draft notes, applies deterministic validation checks, and requires clinician review before any downstream use. It is not deployed in a hospital and is not connected to an EHR.
